2. Order Handling and Transit Timelines

The total time required to deliver your order is calculated as: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

  • Order Handling Time (1 - 3 Business Days): All placed orders undergo security validation, quality inspection, sorting, and export packing within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays). Orders completed over weekends will begin processing on the subsequent Monday.
  • Package Transit Time (7 - 13 Business Days): Once cleared and dispatched from our fulfillment network, standard logistics transit to any destination address across Singapore takes between 7 and 13 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Consolidated Delivery Window: Total estimated delivery spans 8 to 16 business days from the exact point of order placement.

4. Address Inaccuracies and Modification Restrictions
