1. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must adhere to the following objective criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, showing no signs of wear or secondary deployment.
  • The item must be securely packed inside its original manufacturer product packaging, including all manuals, components, and accessories.
  • You must provide an official invoice, order confirmation number, or valid proof of purchase issued directly by roomyl.com.

2. 100% Free Return Process & Zero Hidden Fees

We believe in absolute transactional transparency. Our return process involves no financial penalties:

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD (No administrative or warehouse restocking fees will ever be deducted from your refund).
  • Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 USD (We cover the complete return freight fee from Singapore).
  • How to Initiate a Return: Contact our regulatory support desk via email at support@roomyl.com or call our international service line at +61 468 299 547. Unauthorized returns sent back without prior email confirmation will not be processed.
  • Prepaid Return Label: Upon verification and approval of your return request, our system will generate a prepaid shipping label and send it to your email address with specific drop-off instructions.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If an item is found to be factory-defective, broken during transit, or structurally incorrect, report it to support@roomyl.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue an immediate replacement or a full refund at no extra expense to you.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within the handling window before the package is handed over to the logistics carrier. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be halted, and must instead be processed via our standard 30-day free return protocol upon arrival.

5. 10-Day Refund Processing Window

Once your returned package is received at our fulfillment center and undergoes structural inspection, we will send you an automated email confirming its arrival and approval status.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back automatically to your original method of payment within 10 calendar days.
  • Currency Statement: All transactions and refunds are systematically executed in United States Dollars (USD). Please note that individual banking institutions may take additional processing days to post the funds to your account statement.
